Leo, currently a resident of Terra Venture, but He wasn't origianlly selected as one of the people in the lottery. He tried to enter Terra Venture at first, but couldn't. He then helped an old lady by fooling the 3 punks in fighting for the fake passport. After that, He has a new message in His mind "The New World needs guys like Him". He managed to sneak aboard a shuttle. Once He was aboard Terra Venture, guard spotted Him, so He disguised Himself as a Starship Trooper. Then He met Kendrix and Archie Kao. Achie protects Kendrix as Leo gets away.
